Smoked, streaky bacon and gooey cheese in a hearty English muffin, and who could forget the essential ingredientâŠour planet-loving eggs? Weâre here to prove that convenience doesnât have to cost the Earth or a takeaway trip!

Ingredients
âą 3 streaky bacon rashers
âą 1 Respectful egg
âą 1 English muffin roll
âą 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
âą 1 teaspoon ketchup or brown sauce (you choose!)
Method
Heat a frying pan, add the bacon rashers, and fry until cooked to your liking. Whilst the rashers are frying, slice the muffin into two halves.
To a separate frying pan, add the vegetable oil to heat, then crack in the egg and pop the muffin halves into your toaster.
Fry the egg until the whites have set and the yolk is runny â perfect for a yolk pop.
Once lightly toasted, remove the muffin halves from the toaster and assemble your brekkie sandwich. Pop your cheese on the bottom, followed by your fried Respectful egg and bacon rashers.
Add a dollop of your favourite ketchup or brown sauce, top with your other muffin half and enjoy!
