Smoked, streaky bacon and gooey cheese in a hearty English muffin, and who could forget the essential ingredient…our planet-loving eggs? We’re here to prove that convenience doesn’t have to cost the Earth or a takeaway trip!

Ingredients
• 3 streaky bacon rashers
• 1 Respectful egg
• 1 English muffin roll
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon ketchup or brown sauce (you choose!)
Method
- Heat a frying pan, add the bacon rashers, and fry until cooked to your liking. Whilst the rashers are frying, slice the muffin into two halves.
- To a separate frying pan, add the vegetable oil to heat, then crack in the egg and pop the muffin halves into your toaster.
- Fry the egg until the whites have set and the yolk is runny – perfect for a yolk pop.
- Once lightly toasted, remove the muffin halves from the toaster and assemble your brekkie sandwich. Pop your cheese on the bottom, followed by your fried Respectful egg and bacon rashers.
- Add a dollop of your favourite ketchup or brown sauce, top with your other muffin half and enjoy!
