Feisty Brekkie Brioche

The perfect pick-me-up, our Feisty Brekkie Brioche is jam packed with all the breakfast faves, bundled into a buttery brioche bun. Your new satisfying sarnie awaits!


  • 3 rashers smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 Respectful egg
  • 1 tablespoon chilli jam
  • 1 brioche roll, halved
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 sprigs of coriander, leaves picked (optional)

Cooking time
15 minutes



Pop a large frying pan on a medium-high heat and fry your bacon until lovely and crispy, adding ½ tbsp chilli jam towards the end, coating the bacon in the jam, before removing from the pan. Wipe out the pan with some kitchen paper and then fry the egg until its white is set and the yolk is runny.

While the egg is cooking, toast the cut sides of the brioche roll in the pan, before removing from and spreading a healthy layer of cream cheese on the bottom half. Lay the crispy, sticky bacon on top, followed by the runny egg, before popping the top on the roll. Push down the bun lid to pop the yolk if you’re brave enough!

Devour with another dollop of chilli jam and a scattering of coriander leaves, if you fancy.
