Try this quick, on trend, crispy feta fried egg wrap as a speedy snack or for breakfast on the go. It’s got a whole load of flavour and is oh-so-simple to make!

Ingredients
- 80g feta cheese
- 1 Respectful egg
- A pinch of dried chilli flakes
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1 tablespoon pesto
Method
- Crumble the feta into a small non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat, leaving a hole in the middle for the egg. Crack in the Respectful egg, sprinkle over the chilli flakes and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the lid and fry for another couple minutes until the edges are really crispy and the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Warm the tortilla in another pan and transfer onto a plate.
- Spread the tortilla with pesto and slide the feta crusted egg straight on top. Wrap up and eat immediately.
