Jimmy’s easy tiramisu

We’ve cracked open some Jimmy’s Iced Coffee to help make our super delicious but super simple tiramisu that tastes authentic but doesn’t cost the Earth. This dreamy, creamy creation can be made in minutes and is such a crowd-pleaser! Bellissimo!

Preparation time

15 minutes, plus chilling time




• 1 Respectful egg, separated
• 1 tablespoon caster sugar
• 150g mascarpone
• 200ml Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Original
• 12 sponge fingers
• 50g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
• 1 teaspoon cocoa powder


Whisk the egg yolk and sugar in a bowl until pale and fluffy. Add the mascarpone and whisk to combine.

In a separate bowl whisk the egg white until soft peaks have formed. Fold into the mascarpone mix.

Pour the Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Original into a shallow bowl. Briefly dip the sponge fingers into the coffee and then arrange at the bottom of each serving glass. Spoon over half of the mascarpone and top with half the dark chocolate. Repeat with the coffee-soaked sponge fingers and remaining mascarpone.

Finish with more chopped dark chocolate and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
