No party is complete without a bite to eat, and that also goes for a jubilee street bash or platinum picnic. Heinz âSalad Queenâ, peppery mustard and fresh chives add a tasty, regal twist to a typical egg sandwich. Tuck in whilst you get the bubbles popping!

Method
Firstly, bring a pan of water to a simmer and boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Once cooked, run them under cold water then peel off the shells.
Finely chop the eggs and mix in the Salad Queen, mustard, cornichons and chives. Season to taste with a good sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Now itâs time to build your sarnie! Spread the egg mix on a slice of bread, before topping with the watercress and popping the other slice of bread on top.
Slice and serve! Weâre partial to cutting our Sovereign Sarnies into little triangles for that afternoon tea feel. If youâre bringing your sandwich to a jubilee party picnic, why not use a beeswax wrap or Tupperware tub, to cut down on waste when tucking in?
